What makes Alpha Phi so desirable?

Alpha phi is only a top house for mean northern girls honestly. They seemed very surface to me and like none of them were actually bonded or happy kinda sad. But def not a top

They’re only a top house for guys who rank based on which sorority they think has the hottest girls, not because of sisterhood or because they’re a good sorority.

Aphi is a top house. As far as diversity, they have stepped up, look at their members, then look at other houses! They all have skeletons in the closet. Haters are jealous, sad but true.

They are a top house because they have members from all over the country and the guys like them.

or take girls who join their legacy house from the south. Most or houses are a really mediocre and are forced to load up on who their southern alums choose for them.

If you are not from the south give aphi, theta, kkg, pi phi a real look. All top nationally.

So here you go: thee are top for worst grades, top for worst retention, top for worst sisterhood and top for being sloppy and not well respected. APhi is known for drinking and excessive partying. If you are only into that they will be your top house.

Nothing. Simply as it gets nothing. They are lower middle tier if anything.
