What houses are top tier?

All I hear about is what houses are top tier. What houses are considered top tier and what makes them a top tier house?

They are usually considered top because they are the most selective. They cut more pmns than the others. Very few pmns mark them at the bottom of their ranking lists.
Therefore, just more exclusive.

Not necessarily better.

at bama does it even matter what house you are in so long as you are in Greek life at all?? I’m oos and keep getting SO much mixed info. this website is anonymous you can just tell me straight up what houses are hot and which ones aren’t and if people judge you based off of what house you are in
