SK has plans for a mansion. They have to be on campus a certain number of years and they came in 2018. I think around 40-50 girls live in and their meals are the same as any other house. They are a close-knit group and have really nice, genuine girls. Keep an open mind and look past the physical house. It's beautiful inside, just not a mansion (yet).

Their national just wants them to get more established on campus first. They wouldn't have been invited to recolonize if they didn't have the resources to build a house on par with the others.

APhi recolonized in 2008 and lived in the old SDT house until their new house was finished in 2014.
