PM/AXO/KKG/DDD: they just get who they want and overall popular houses.
XO/KD/AGD: also get who they want but it’s 2021 and they’re too exclusively southern and don’t appeal to top oos pnms that the above doesn’t get and the below does.
ZTA/PBP: top of new row and can easily compete with old row houses.
ADPI/APHI: same level. their top pnms compete with the line above but their bottom pnms competes with the below line. very different houses, just depends what you want. if you want involvement and all that, adpi. if you want to look pretty with your friends and party with pikes, aphi.
GPHI/DZ/DG/AOPI: if you care more about social life, dz or gphi. if you care more about school, involvement, etc. go dg or aopi. think they’re all on the same level just depends which kinda girl you are.
KAT/SK: don’t think these girls care about ranks or status. great to be in a sorority regardless.

I can see this. Adpi girls more similar to dg/aopi and alphi phi girls more similar to zta/pi phi.
