But what sororities say they fundraise for a specific cause but are actually fundraising for their sorority’s foundation??

that would be illegal my guy. No one does that. Every house does have to donate to their nationals but no one is lying about where the money goes weirdo

when I see zeta fundraising through their crowdfund website link, it always says ZTA foundation on it not BCEA

When national sororities do fundraising, they often times send their fundraised money through their sorority's foundation, and the foundation pays their philanthropy with one payment from the sorority as a whole. They do keep track of what each chapter donates though.
