Work week Social Media Post

Been watching all the sororities work week post. Do upperclassman not have to attend? It seems like the only people posting are from PC 20 so just curious

Many sororities stagger members in - my sorority does this - sophomores, add juniors, and then add seniors.

Most upperclassman are there to support the sophomores or hold membership committee positions. In most houses, it’s the sophomores responsibility to do most of the recruitment, as they will be the most affected by the incoming class. Also, many juniors and seniors are finishing internships right up until school starts.

Many upperclassmen have internships that are critical to what’s next in their life and can’t sacrifice that for recruitment.

Can confirm. I am missing it because I am finishing up my internship, as are many other girls.
