wearing masks during rush

So one of my friends in another house today was told by her president that APA decided that everyone has to wear masks during work week and rush regardless of vaccine status. My house hasn’t said anything about it and there’s nothing on social media yet. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

We have to wear them for work week they haven’t mentioned having to wear them for rush.
