The top line is good. But alpha phi and adpi struggle to get and keep girls and it shows in their 17 and 36 spring cobs lol. They should not be with alpha gam pi phi and kd. Dz just please ur 15th in grades have the least amount of girls (other than theta and sk) and no one would pick u over the other houses

All you said is completely right for ADPi but not APhi. You can’t ignore the APA stats and facts. APhi has been struggling for YEARS & way more than they want to admit. And they are not on par with Zeta, PiPhi or ADPi.
Some PNMs might like them and think they are top … but here at Bama and in the south they are bottom and not well liked or respected.

This is solid. AOPi is an awesome house, they just aren’t aggressive with rush. It is the perfect fit for the chill PNM. SK will be fire when they have a new house. Their pc last year was cute. Thinking they will be more like XO and Adpi in future years. I also think DZ will keep getting stronger. They’ve had great PCs lately and they do a great job with rush. KD is a good house, they just need to work on rushing everyone and not rely solely on mobile and mb and how pretty the house is. Wish they’d let the oos girls take over rush and then they would be on fire.

You are wrong. ADPi and Aphi are highly desired houses and DZ has had great PCs the last few years. Retention relies on many factors so obviously houses with more in state girls will have better rentention. Also, COB makes houses stronger and allows girls to join Greek life that weren’t sure or didn’t have Recs etc for fall recruitment. This isn’t 1985 and rush looks VERY different. You may not like that things have changed but they have. Honestly, I would have put PBP and AGD on the top row. Both of these houses have girls that specifically want them going in to rush.
