Depends on your grades, social media, and resume, but there are girls from California in every top house and every mid tier house. I’m from SoCal so I got paired with cali girls at every house

there r cali girls in every house but the most i’ve met are in pi phi or zta. it doesn’t rly matter tho as long as u click with the girls u talk to. good luck w rush!
