Thoughts on this fraternity? Have a bid from them right now and they seem to be shaping up to have a strong pledge class this year. What’s their rep on campus like & who do they associate with?

Machine affiliated, considered the “Phi-Delt” of Jefferson, although they’re supposedly getting a new house in the next 3 years. If that happens they’ll surely be in the upper tier of fraternities, for now, they’re a solid middle tier fraternity.
