Toughest parents

So I’m getting ready to go through recruitment soon and I’m so excited.
I’m from CT just outside NYC. My parents and older sisters are warning me against APhi. They’ve told me that it won’t reflect well on my resume. They also are happy to pay for my sorority with the exception of APhi. Does anyone else have parents like I do? What should I do about this if APhi wants me for Pref and I have no other options? Getting concerned!

What is the deal with the APhi hate on here these days. No way this post is real and I worry about the mental psyche of the people who post this stuff.
Honest answer to the fake question…I only know one APhi and she’s totally normal. Like every house they have a variety of personalities.
