Phi Mu northern or southern

Do Phi Mus not take northern girls?
If not I’m very confused because I’ve been seeing a lot about how they go for wealthier girls but I thought they only take southern girls which is kind of odd since a lot of northern girls are very wealthy

Phi Mu is a OR house so they intend to take more southern girls but there’s a few northern in there
