Just my thoughts, no order on the tiers, just whatever you vibe with. KD is top for alabama girls but not really anyone else. All the ones on the top row get a variety of PNM interest, both in state and out of state, but AGD and XO have more southern interest than the rest, I would say (maybe they just have more Southern vibes idk I’m not a XO or AGD but I liked them during rush). ZTA and Pi Phi get a ton of interest from non alabama PNMs. I just don’t think ZTA has enough retention to be considered top- top (my best friend got bullied out of zeta so like maybe that’s just a me thing), but there’s not enough difference from ZTA and Pi Phi for zeta to be top. Until ZTA starts stealing girls from old row, I just don’t see it as a top house. ADPi and AOPi seem to have the most Alabama girls on new row. I know Alpha phi might be a little high for some people, but like they have a brand and stick to it, and no one is embarrassed to be an alpha phi bc at least they are hot, I just don’t see the same pride from others below them. The DGs do amazing considering how new they are, they have a cool variety of girls and most girls I know are very happy there. I still think that being in ANY house is better than being a GDI.

There’s ATL private school girls in every house...I can think of Holy Innocence, Lovett, Westminster, Pace, even Paideia girls here.

Good logic because you wrote it? A Phi is not that hot anymore. They used to be maybe when you were here but since they got cleaned out by their nationals, they have some hot girls, some semi-hot and a 3/4 of the house is very average. Plus they're at the bottom of the list in grades and not very active. Plus they have a horrible rep for sisterhood and with guys

omg of course there will always be some girls who pick adpi over zta or pi phi. but i would say the MAJORITY of pnms and girls who have both for prefs go zta/piphi over adpi if they can.
