How do I get an answer for a rush chair?

Texted a rush chair about two weeks ago and never got a response. Also filled out the rush form a while ago and never heard back. How do I get in contact with a fraternity??? I really want to get a bid to a specific house for Fall '21 but I've heard that most decent fraternities have filled their PC by then. Appreciate any advice!!

Also, I'm out of state but the fraternity I'm pursuing isn't Old Row.

Message the chair again. Tell him you understand he’s probably getting a ton of texts but you’re really interested in ( insert fraternity). If you know any guys in the house, ask them if they have any pull to get you in. If you’re a legacy, someone needs to send an introduction. If you still don’t get a response, it’s time to move on and cast a wider net.

It’s late into the summer, some houses have even started their pledgeship. Your best bet is to simply rush during formal rush week and land in a Jefferson house.

Is this for pike if so maybe pursue a house like phi psi or something.
