Ranks for each PNM type

No order in tiers. The top 10 are all great houses that everyone who would fit in with the house’s vibe, would love. All PNMs have individual preferences about which of those 10 are their top 3 or 5, based off of their individual personalities. Your southern darlings who would go to church on their own will, even after getting plastered the night before (they are seriously that religious) are gonna want to be in AXO, AGD, and XO. The pageant girls will want to be in PM, AXO, or AGD. The southern, rich party girls will want KKG, KD, or DDD. All party girls will want KKG or DDD, maybe a few will want XO, but the non-southern party girls will also want ZTA or Pi Phi, depending on their options by pref. Girls who are concerned about grades will want AXO, XO, AGD, PM, ADPi, DDD, or Pi Phi. All of the houses in the second group get an assortment of the girls described above, with their own general trends. Overall, a PNM’s “type” will determine which houses they think are top out of those 10. The houses on the very top row, do a great job of getting girls that are their type, both in-state and out-of-state. KD gets great in-state wealthy party girls, and ZTA gets great non-southern partiers. Pi Phi gets a more academic version of the Zeta recruits. ADPi gets what’s leftover of all of the houses above, while pulling in a few top PNMs on their own. Everyone below competes for the girls leftover from the top, although AOPi and DG do compete with ADPi a bit.

No because this is 10000% facts and anyone who disagrees is bitter that PiPhi gets zeta left overs, alpha phi gets PiPhi left overs, and dz and gphi get alpha phi leftovers. Alpha phi has fallen 100% and yeah gphi and dz are fine houses but you’re delusional if you think they’re overall better than dg and aopi. The only category dz and gphi outrank dg and aopi in is looks, dg and aopi have better grades, involvement, sisterhood, philanthropic involvement, etc.

gphi and dz had this comment removed so repeating what someone said:
gphi and dz are different houses than aopi and dg. they are different vibes and therefore different girls will prefer one group over the other. but they should probably all just be on one line.

Pi Phi doesn’t get Zeta leftovers, they get the more academically inclined girls that Zeta also attracts. Zeta gets the ones that are really really into partying, even though pi phi goes hard too

Pi phi is just as good, if not better than Zeta for the majority of PNMs. Zeta is only better if you do not care about school at all.

Pi Phi and ZTA both go after similar girls, but ZTa focuses only on looks while Pi Phi gives more weight to grades, involvement and overall fit.

I think that it’s 100% true most pnms want a variation of the top 10, but also I think it’s common to throw in one or two of the second group houses in that fit their vibe more. Typically a girl going for a party house like pi phi or kkg wouldn't want agd or xo, and would rather go for gphi or dz. But a girl who wanted agd or xo would consider aopi or dg over pi phi and kkg if they got dropped by those first group houses. All in all pnms typically rush houses they fit with best

As someone whose top houses after philanthropy were XO and ADPi, and then I was dropped before sisterhood by both, I can confirm that after sisterhood, AOII and DG were higher on my list than APhi and PBP (even tho I didn’t drop any of them, that was my personal rank). My personality is a little more low energy, studious, and overall just quieter. So yes, it’s definitely possible to ignore ranks and prefer lower ranked houses during rush when u feel more comfortable in them!

Just to clarify you are confusing APhi with GPhi. Aphi’s taking all leftovers - they have to fill their PCs because everyone drops out after 2nd year.

Alpha Phi ranks much higher than GPB. No one picks GPB over APhi.
APhi competes with ZTA & PiPhi.
GPB competes with ADPi & DZ.

If you mean the dump blonde sloppy ones then you are right. But that doesn‘t push APhi in the ZTA and PiPhi tier.
Reality check APhi is in the same tier/ line as DZ and GPhi.

But DZ and GPhi do NOT get APhi leftovers. Time’s changed Granny… Aphi get the DZ and GPhi leftovers since no one wants to be associated with their bad rep. Girls drop out like flies after recruitment so they basically recruit the year.
