Controversial rankings going into fall

Preparing myself for the angered alpha phi’s and kd’s hahahahah. These are truthful rankings going into the fall
Upper top: axo, phi mu, zta
Top: kappa, tri delt, chi o
Mid: alpha gam, kd, pi phi
Lower: dz, adpi, aopi, dg
Bottom: a phi, sdt, sk, theta

Put Gphi on the DZ line. I would
Also move Alpha Phi up one.

Phi Mu stays where it is. They're great.
GPhi goes on the line after Pi Phi
APhi goes to the end of the line they're on

I think ZTA is def top but don’t agree about AXO. I think they are solid but kappa and xo are way better

I feel like everyone on this site really has an old row=best southern kind of mindset. Like it or not, if you’re coming from Florida or the west coast or mid west or north, your top house won’t be Bible thumping alpha chi. It’ll probably be zeta, who have girls from Florida, the west coast, Midwest, and north. Old row is NOT everyones top, especially out of state girls. Truth hurts but it doesn’t make it less true.

There are really different ranks for different types.

For small town/suburban Christian Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee…. AXO, AGD, XO

For Over the Mountain Birmingham, private school Mobile….KKG,
KD

For OOR and city girl south (Atlanta, Charlotte) ZTA, PiPhi, APhi

For the rest of the south TX, NC, GA…. Phi Mu, DDD.

In reality there is no perfect stereotype, but you get the idea. \n\n\n\n\n

If you’re retention rates make you have to COB, there is something that older girls are not getting in the house. That also goes for girls leaving Alabama for schools closer to home. Being in a sorority that provides solid support helps quell the search and keeps girls graduating from Alabama. Top houses are over 50 percent filled with girls OOS, many paying OOS tuition AND they play for four, stay for four. ZTA is a good house but will not be a top house for these reasons. XO, KKG, AXO and ( hate all you want) KD are the best at supporting their members all four years.

Also, I’m really going to get hate on this site, but DG is a really solid NR house for these reasons. I’m far OOS in an OR house and I have several smart, fun friends that are DG’s. They do have more issues with their exec than my house, but many girls stay for senior year.

Only sorority guys care about KD, Kappa ,Phi Mu, tri delt, zeta, and maybe pi phi and aphi… no one has ever been like can’t wait for the alpha gam or chi o date party or swap. Lol
