curious ab retention

what is the average retention rate after the first year here? like ik most old row houses will take a nmc of like 115 and then some houses will have a nmc of 150 so the numbers will look different in each house but what is like typical/expected

Varies wildly between houses. Check the grade reports for actual numbers. Generally speaking smaller PCs=better retention
