New fraternity houses?
by: GuestWhich fraternities are getting new houses in the foreseeable future? I’ve heard rumors about Chi Phi moving to 4th Street but I’m not sure if any others are true. Sig Tau isnt, as their Instagram literally says “while Sig Tau will continue its journey without an on-campus house for the foreseeable future”

sga said there’s enough room for 2 more houses on university one next to pi kapp and one in the middle of pike and sig ep

There's definitely something that's gonna go next to Pi Kapp... it's optimal land for a fraternity house. ZBT and Chi Phi are both getting torn down and replaced for a parking garage according to the 2017 master plan. Chi Phi has blueprints for their new house but I'm not sure if that means anything

There ain’t no master plan to get the bus hub/ Jefferson houses to UB. Period. Will some of the Jefferson houses get bulldozed to make room for growth? Yes. When that happens they will be homeless. (They don’t have clout, pull, or money to have any say so)
