What should I do if a rush chair isn't responding?

I hit up a rush chair who I've met before about some events this fall and have gotten no reply. It's been a few days and some other people I know haven't gotten replies either. Could it be that he's busy or that he's uninterested?

He’s probably just busy. If he doesn’t reply after a week or two then you maybe should consider other fraternities, or if some of your friends get replies before you

By not responding he is telling you that pledge class is full. Look elsewhere.
