Best/worst greek experiences

This 8-ball I bought from an SAE had been stepped on, big time. Uncool.

getting bullied into dropping my sorority 😅 but at least i got to go to swaps

worst: having to tell people i was a gphi

worst—
1) my friend was r@ped by a frat boy on their date party and our org didn’t stand up for her or stop doing swaps/events with them and we lost all our friends in the frat bc they supported him over believing her. what a brotherhood and sisterhood huh.
2) got crazy blacked out my third gameday freshman yr and got separated from friends. somehow ended up concussed and bleeding from my head and twisted my ankle. some juniors in my sorority saw me and immediately put me in the back of an uber home by myself instead of taking me to an ER or urgent care. they didn’t care for my wellbeing or safety— they were more concerned with enjoying their gameday and me embarrassing them/our house. blacked in on the ride home and didn’t even remember i had gotten hurt :(

best —
1) being in greek life on gamedays is just so fun, you can’t top it (despite my above story lol)
2) meeting my big and bonding with her friend group… i didn’t really manage to get that close with girls in my pledge class but loved my big’s friend group and i fit in perfectly!! mornings after date parties to grab breakfast and have picnics were my favorite ritual and now that most of them graduated i’m sad girl </3

Best: Serving my chapter with different positions.

Worst: There was a member who was stealing from girls in the house. No one could figure out who it was. It turned out to be my big. I denied it for a long time and girls in my chapter thought I was in on it too when really I just couldn't believe my big would do that. It was horrible.
