Something I wish I knew during rush
by: meDo not rule out a house because you think they dont party....we are not even supposed to talk about that during rush. Some houses are better about that than others and some houses definetly party harder than others BUT all houses have swaps, (most weeks in the fall) date parties, (about once a month) and girls who like to party. You're going to have fun regardless, join the sorority that has girls who lift you up!

I’m in agd lol and i can’t speak for others’ experiences but most ppl in my pc drink to some degree and a lot do go out like every night. It’s college. And no one cares what anyone else is doing. That doesn’t mean AGD is the right fit for everyone, just go where you find your home!

As someone in a different chapter who DOES go out every night and has for several years at Alabama now: I have never met Alpha Gam out at a bar or a frat party. I have met girls in almost every other sorority, especially aphi, zeta, GPhi, sk, ADPi, PiPhi, kd, and dz, but never an alpha gam.

y’all stay painting this narrative but I see alpha gams at bars 4x a week. just cuz they’re smart doesn’t mean they’re homebodies!!!
