You’re right for the most part furthermore i’d say beta actually has a decently challenging pledgeship as well as dchi having the only troublesome pledgeship on jefferson comparative to most university houses. But to be fair i don’t know any kappa sigs.

Idk about kappa sig now but a few years ago they had a bad pledgeship. Lambda chi’s too

ATO and Sig Ep were kicked out for hazing in the not too distant past. Came back stronger and better.

Depends on who you are. Two guys could be pledging the same fraternity at the same time, but one could get hazed constantly and another could barely ever get hazed at all. Some fraternities haze their pledges indiscriminately though, so this may not apply to every house at UA. However, if you’re smart and do what’s asked of you, you probably won’t run into many problems as a newboy.

Again, it depends on the fraternity. I can only speak to my experience in a house that's been at UA for a very long time.

Hazing is strictly forbidden on the UA campus. Fraternities here do not haze their new members anymore, as they would likely get their chapter suspended or even kicked off. Pledgeship consists of learning the history of your chapter, learning what is expected of you as a brother, and building a bond between your pledge brothers.

Guarantee pledgeships at Kappa Sig, Delt, DX are more difficult than a handful of houses on University like Beta, Phi Psi, EX, OX, Sig Ep, ATO, and possibly Phi Gam. Don’t be ridiculous and full of yourself. Some of those houses on Jefferson have been on campus for well over 100 years and have legacies that pledge & traditions they still carry.
