Thoughts on these frats

If these were options. Honest thoughts on Sigma chi, theta chi and Pi Kappa Phi?
What sororities hang out with them? Fun parties?

If this helps.
Sigma chi. Mix of southern and out state
Theta chi - mostly from Alabama or big southern cities. Fun parties.
Pi Kapp. Most out of state northern guys. Wild parties.
They all swap with top sororities. At least my sorority which is usually top rank on this site and we do stuff with all.

Could anyone give their thoughts on Pike compared to these fraternities?

Pikes tend to be trust-fund out of state kids who party hard. Their main sororities are zta, aphi, and maybe phi mu.

to add on pikes are a solid mix of athletes, chill dudes, and douches.
