thoughts on gphi and theta???

you shouldn’t go looking for opinions on here and wait until you rush yourself. however as unbiased as possible:
gphi is upper mid, has kind of a artsy/stoner vibe and girls are generally pretty chill. theta is mid but is more studious than social, and as of right now they aren’t pairing

GPB is not “upper mid” and are definitely not considered a “hot” house. There are so many GPhis on here right now trying. To boost their image. IT ISN'T WORKING.

GPhi is not Zeta’s little sister, APhi is.
PM > ZTA > APhi > GPB or DZ
GPB and DZ are the same.

Here’s the truth -
GPhi and Theta are both, objectively, lower tier houses… nothing wrong with that whatsoever but that’s just where they stand in ranks. They both take an eclectic mix of girls, which can be both good and bad… good in the sense that there are lots of different “types” and that you’re sure to find your group… and bad in the sense that they don’t have a cohesive house image.
Overall GPhi is more of a party house that takes grade/reputation risks. Theta is more of a laid back, involved house.

GPB is not hot and not mid tier. So tired of us having to tell the GPB self-rangers to sit down.
Upper Middle houses: ZTA, PBP
Middle houses: ADPi, AOPi, DG, APhi
Bottom Middle houses: GPB, DZ
Bottom houses: KAT, SK
