Help adpi, aphi,dz or gphi

Hi im oos and probably wont get old row so i really want to know about theses houses: adpi, gphi, dz and aphi
So far i really like adpi and gphi i dont think ill fit in much with aphi and i have a friend who rushed them and ive heard horror stories. So i want to know more abt all of these housee and which is the “best”

Well there’s no such thing as the best house, you don’t know till you go through recruitment yourself. I don’t think you get the whole recruitment process, you don’t pick the house it technically picks you, kinda a mutual selection process but the houses have the upper hand. I suggest going in with an open mind, all houses are great and everyone has different experiences. During rush week you might get dropped from all of the houses you listed and end up in a old row house, who knows.

I'm just gonna be real with you here. There is a chance you will be dropped by some or all of these houses. Follow the Instagrams but stay detached until rush; most likely, houses will surprise you (in good ways and bad). There's just no point stressing about 4 houses you will most likely change your opinion about or be dropped by.

Apdi: well rounded girl next door & mostly out of state & some out of region and solid mid house not too problematic & stays under the radar not talked ab too much
Aphi: hot, party girls & social media influencers but low grades & mostly OOS as well (CA, NY & NJ some Chicago too) also a mid house
Gphi: basically a phi lite party girls, care less ab grades, hot, likes to have fun & mostly OOS, lower mid, not the best in grades either
Dz: mix of g phi & dg, some girls are a party social, hot and some girls are girl next door, the grades aren’t the best either but overall they’re nice, mostly OOS & lower mid house too

Seriously APHi and Zeta are not the same! Have a look at APhis large COB members that are often polar opposites to their fall PNMs.

APhi rush chairs are desperately trying to make middle tier happen 😂. Ppl just look up grade reports and the numbers of members vs new members and COB.
Facts don‘t lie. And it won‘t help putting down the chapters you compete with... DZ or GPhi. And not Zeta

I definitely would never say dz and GPhi are hot. Ten girls don’t represent the whole chapter.

I wouldn’t say APhi is still the hot chapter. Since nationals kicked out half of their members they still have some hot girls but most of them are just average girls who didn’t make the cut and snap bids

The only one of the houses you mentioned that I seriously wouldn't want is A Phi. They used to be known for their beauty but after nationals kicked out 3/4 of the girls they've really struggled. One of my friends is a legacy there and she is considering dropping out because of how disagreeable the girls are. They seem to have the worst sisterhood and the meanest girls

I heard similar things on the podcast Chicks University. The host said that she got in trouble for skipping an event the day her dad was diagnosed with cancer. So effed up on their leadership team!
