what makes chi o top? not being mean at all they just seem like a little weird

I’d switch kappa and AXO. PM gets the top gorgeous girls, Kappa gets the top in state girls and partiers and XO gets the top smarties/religious girls. Those three have amazing return rates with PNMs and never snap bid or COB because they don’t have to. They get who they want. Personally, my fav houses here are Pi Phi ADPi and kappa so those are top for me but in terms of rush, these are undeniably the top.

Kappa does not get top in-state girls. Just most top from Mobile. The top in-state girls go too all the different old row.

Phi Mu is not first in fact their last two PC's have not been top. AGD also does not belong on that top row. Girls usually pref sororities grouped on the lines together.

I would move dg down one and aopi up one. Dg is full of sweet girls and anchor splash is great, but socially they’re pretty irrelevant. No one hates them but most pnms would prefer pi phi or adpi. aopi is pretty much the same way. I don’t think they should be lumped in with sk and theta because pnms don’t cry when they get them back on pref

^ DG has one of the highest new row retention rates, and highest grades of new row, so I wouldn't put them down with GPhi and DZ. Also, DG cross prefs with Pi Phi, ADPi, APhi more than GPhi and DZ.

XO and DDD are basically the same except for maybe DDD is better looking, so they both should either be on top or second row. AXO should def go down w AGD. KKG go up.

Those on the first 2 rows have been the top since my granny was a pledge. Nothing changes.

Also any of the old row except KKG, KD and AGD sort of fight over and split the top girls—but each also has its own following and in-state pipeline schools. Zeta and Phi Phi top new row, as always.
