2021 Fraternity Ranks (with reasons)

There is no ranking within tiers, and yes, I posted this list within a thread already, but I want incoming freshmen to have more exposure.

Top - Phi Delt, SAE, DKE, SNU

These fraternities hands-down throw the biggest parties on campus. Guys all know how to have a good time, and all have had really strong pledge classes in recent years.

Upper - Sigma Chi, Pike, Fiji, Pi Kapp, KA

Fraternities here throw solid parties (looking at you Pi Kapp), however, some of the guys in recent years in these fraternities are either rude af or weird. These frats have potential to go up however, I don't see them going down at all.

Mid - Beta, Sig Ep, Delta Chi, Chi Phi, Theta Chi

I know what you're thinking: two Jefferson frats here?! Yes. These guys throw down and have fun. Theta Chi is here because their last few pc have been weak, Sig Ep and Beta are just "mid-tier" on University, nothing else to it. Solid fraternities overall though.

Lower - ATO, Kappa Sig, Phi Psi, LXA

ATO is here because they rarely throw parties and are just kinda nerdy. Phi Psi has a nice house and that's about it. LXA and Kappa Sig are solid Jefferson frats with mostly chill dudes.

Bottom - Remaining Jefferson houses

Not much to say about these ones. DTD is cool and all but none of these fraternities have much going for them, especially the further down Jefferson you go.

Pit - frats w/ no houses

Only rush these if you're either a.) not heavily involved in frat life or b.) didn't get a bid elsewhere
