Honestly curious. Some of these Jefferson houses seem just as good as some of the lower university houses, while some Jefferson houses are just lame af

Delta Chi, Chi Phi, and ZBT are the only ones I’d consider relevant. Delta Chi knows how to party, Chi Phi throws good parties and has a volleyball court, ZBT is generally a good group of guys.

Stay away from DTD.

i’m friends with boys in lambda chi and delta chi & they’re good good guys with nice houses. i’m genuinely curious though if anyone’s ever been in those really small ones at the end of the street though LMAO
