Top - Phi Delt, SAE, DKE, SNU
Upper - Sigma Chi, Pike, Fiji, Pi Kapp, KA
Mid - Beta, Sig Ep, Delta Chi, Chi Phi, LXA
Lower - ATO, Theta Chi, Kappa Sig, Phi Psi
Bottom - Remaining Jefferson houses
Pit - frats w/ no houses
This is coming from a third year srat girl based on who I'd hang out with. Mixed up Jefferson and University houses.

In my opinion Old Row > New Row in almost all situations. They just know how to treat women better!

ATO and Theta Chi are not lower. ATO may be considered more nerdier and Theta Chi may have had one or 2 bad pledges last year but neither would be ranked lower tier below Beta/Jefferson houses. Top and Upper are correct. I would just add ATO and Theta Chi to Upper row.

I’d maybe put Theta Chi in mid, ATO stays lower for me because they only throw 2 parties a year and are honestly just dull guys imo. You were right about the 2 bad pledges in Theta Chi but I still don’t think they’re upper necessarily

Sigma chi and theta chi are basically the same house. So they would be on same row. Maybe theta chi a little more southern.
