Which house is the worst overall? Not just considering looks, but grades, retention, member happiness, sisterhood, connections, etc

i don’t think u can really conclude which one’s the worst. only actives really know what’s going on in their own chapters, and it’s difficult to compare

The one that came to mind based on the lacking in the things you listed is aphi. Although some girls can definitely be happy there if it's their vibe.

No we don’t. 10 years ago they were the bottom house. 5 years ago they were the second from bottom house. Today they are in the bottom 3. So maybe in 80 years they’ll be a middle tier house.

ADPi has retention issues. I know a few that are transferring and the stories they tell are awful. Can’t believe sisters would treat each other that way. Some party way to hard and the standards board look the other way with the tik toks and snaps posted.
