Truthful ranks for 2021 rush

KKG PM XO ZTA (these are the four best whether you like it or not. Kappa gets the best Bama girls, PM gets the pageant queens, XO is the smart girl next door and ZTAs are the hot West coast girls). These four houses get who they want.
DDD AXO PBP ADPI (these are strong houses with girls who didn’t have the connections for the top four)
AOPI DZ GPB SK ( smaller, newer but definitely improving and have fire PCs this year)
AGD KD APHI ( solid but often struggle w rush and retention and need some image updating tbh)
DG Theta SDT ( do their own thing but still have fun)

Everyone can talk bad about zeta all they want - and I won’t lie I DONT like zetas ive never met one with a brain - however, that being said, if you’re coming from the Midwest/north/west coast or literally anywhere that isn’t in the south: you want zeta. It’s on the top of your list. Out of region girls (for the most part) KNOW they won’t get phi MU or kappa or kd or axo, so new row houses like pi phi and zeta are their tops. Like it or not, they are factually one of the most desired houses during rush. Before anyone says anything, zeta dropped me open house round so don’t worry babes not a zeta.

If we are being honest based off of return rates Zeta's is traditionally as high as old row sororities in fact the past several years it is a little higher than a few of the old row houses.
Just in case anyone doesn't know return rates are based off the amount of PNM's that rank a chapter as a return after each round. The amount of girls a sorority has to cut each round is based off of that. The higher the return rate for a chapter the bigger the cuts they have to make. This can screw a chapter in the end and why Alpha Phi and KD have had to snap bid the last 2 years.

No one knows a house’s return rate except a handful in each house. The houses don’t talk about it with other houses, so you saying you know Zeta had a higher return rate than old row is a completely lie. No one knows all of the houses return rates, so sit down.

Do you have ever had a look at the grade reports?
APhi had to give out much more bids each formal recruitment than every other chapter did (150 – 170 vs 115 – 125) . Nearly every spring again ~ 20-30 vs 5 – 11 bids. If you could keep your NMs and actives why do you have to invite so many new women every term?
And please stop comparing your chapter to Zeta.
