Truthful ranks for 2021 rush

KKG PM XO ZTA (these are the four best whether you like it or not. Kappa gets the best Bama girls, PM gets the pageant queens, XO is the smart girl next door and ZTAs are the hot West coast girls). These four houses get who they want.
DDD AXO PBP ADPI (these are strong houses with girls who didn’t have the connections for the top four)
AOPI DZ GPB SK ( smaller, newer but definitely improving and have fire PCs this year)
AGD KD APHI ( solid but often struggle w rush and retention and need some image updating tbh)
DG Theta SDT ( do their own thing but still have fun)

while I don’t know I’d completely agree on this ranking I like that you didn’t say anything negative about any of them. In that regard your right, there’s absolutely nothing “bad” about any house and you shouldn’t feel bad if you end up liking a house ranked lower on this ranking or any ranking. Just bc one person has an opinion about what the best houses are doesn’t mean that’ll be where you fit and that’s perfectly okay!! Go to the house that makes your heart happy

Why do you think Zeta is top 4? Yes, they have pretty girls, but the other three houses have better grades, better involvement on campus, significantly better sisterhoods and much better retention rates (fewer girls dropping out). Being a “hot girl” house isn’t enough to be top at Alabama. The house needs to be a total package and Zeta has nothing other than looks going for them.

Ok "insert any old row momma here"! It is killing you guys that your old row boys have been taking interest in Zeta the past few years. Also Zeta's PC 20 is full of pretty smart and involved girls and nabbed some really great B'ham girls who preffed Zeta and one of the OR houses.

I’m in a middle tier house and don’t understand why you’d put Zeta as a top 4. If you take the top 100 pnms each year and look at where they pledge, at least 90 of them will have gone Old Row. It’s just the way it is. Zeta isn’t a top 4 and you know it. Top 8, yes, but not top 4.

Not true but OK. I also think the use of the term "TOP GIRLS" is relative. AXO gets the top mostly pretty Jesus girls with high GPA's, Kappa gets the top Mobile girls, Chi O pulls your top Montgomery and Mountain Brook girls, Phi Mu pulls a cluster of of the leftovers from the previous three and Zeta pulls your top OOS of state pretty girls and just recently top Birmingham girls outside of MB. This particular year TRI Delt , AGD and KD had just ok PC's and don't come at me with Tri Delt getting the giant and the DJ. No one saw them as top but the giant and the DJ.

I think you will see lots of PNMs choosing ZTA over old row this year. They have an amazing rush team and a fire pc so it will only get better.

Remember when last semester everyone recognized Zeta choked with their most recent PC? Then they clearly sent their girls on here to talk it up since they’re scared of repeating that. Best of new row, they lost a lot of girls they thought they were going to get.
