What does it mean if the official sorority Instagram follows you? Are they getting our insta from the registration form?

Yes, they're following to see who you are and to get PNMs to follow them. It doesn't really mean anything because there are so many PNMs but yeah, they're most likely getting your information and IG from the registration form.
