Gpa for sororities

I planned on rushing next year but I want to ask first. My highschool gpa is a 2.8. I was sick fresh & soph year, and my school screwed me over knowing I was sick. I’m not actually that stupid LMFAO. Is it worth my while rushing this upcoming fall, or should I wait for second semester?

the best house you could get with that gpa is probably aphi, if that’s not your vibe i’d rush in the spring or sophomore year.

You won’t get into any decent houses with a 2.8. Do really well freshman year and rush as a sophomore.

I’m in a similar boat as you, I was given the advice to write about the circumstances surrounding your gpa on the cover letter of your resume.
