Each house gets a number for quota. We will just say for this example quota is 100. If house B had you ranked 150 and house A had you at 25, you will only go to house B if they have not yet reached quota. Say some of their girls ranked on house B’s list 1-100 chose a different house, they will start adding girls ranked 101 and on. If they reach quota at girl #120, they are set and you move to house A, as they ranked you on their first bid list.
If both house A and house B rank you somewhere 1-100, you go to your first choice house. If both houses rank you on the second bid list ( past quota) AND you attended every party you were invited to AND ranked EVERY house all week, you will be put on your first choice house as a quota addition.
If you get your second house, try not to be disappointed. It means they really, really wanted you as a member of their sisterhood.
