how many recs per srat?

hello, i planned on getting 2 for each sorority and possibly 3 for the ones im interested in at this time. how many is recommended for the ones you want to focus on most? also, would getting more than 2 look bad to the sororities?

I can say from my chapter that we only acknowledge the first two and disregard the rest as long as they're not negative. Recs from people you know count the most and it's not worth getting a bunch of recs from people you don't know because it lessens their worth.
