ATO
Phi Gam
Phi Psi
Sig Ep
Sigma Chi

Based on Size it is:
Sigma Chi
ATO
Theta Chi
Sig Ep
Phi Gam

In a nut shell all University houses are good, and much better than any Jefferson house. You be lucky to get a bid from any of them.
