I love Gamma Phi’s house because their front steps look like Carmichael’s. But, I didn’t like how they ran fast and lose with members money for YEARS paying for decor. Glad that alumnae was caught for embezzlement. $15,000 per year for holiday decor rentals? That’s suspicious. That’s weird.
