Tips to get 12 houses back after open house

What are some tips to get all houses back after open house, especially since it’s only a video?
I have recs for every house, 3.8 GPA, and stacked resume BUT I am out of state and have 0 legacy.
What can I put in video to make me stand out?
I kind of know some girls in some houses but no close friends.

if you have a bad gpa or below a 3.7 you won’t get 12 houses back. it based on gpa.
