No contact over summer

Does no contact include actives and houses following? Or is it just commenting or texting

no contact is a little different this year, actives can follow PNMs and comment "pro greek" comments only up until august. actives cannot text or message first, but they can reply if a pnm reaches out.

What’s pro Greek? Just like “can’t wait to meet you!” Type stuff instead of like RUSH MY HOUSE?
