Zip Codes? Curious

I’m an incoming freshman from Colorado and have been told old row houses won’t take me because of my ‘zip code’ or out of state status... is this true?

You haven’t been to CO in a while have you? Cherry creek has one small area of nice houses and the rest is becoming very much NOT Cherry Creek like.

I rushed KA, DKE, SNu, Phi Gam and Phi delt and i was never asked about my zip code. I was just asked where I was from.
