Strictly based on the interiors? I'd say Pi Phi, Theta, and AOPi, they are all new and so pretty inside.
For exteriors I think the prettiest house is KD, followed by Kappa.

something about pi phi’s interior is always so appealing to me. truly so pretty with the flooring and chandeliers and they have the most gorgeous crown molding on walls and ceilings!!! for exterior i love kd phi mu and gphi

Ok I would rather live in any of the houses at Bama than majority of sorority houses anywhere else because they're all obviously beautiful, but my faves are definitely KD Kappa and oddly, Chi O. I know it's not everyone's vibe, I hated it at first actually but it's grown on me, it reminds me of New Orleans.

I also LOVE the style/structure of Aoii's house with the cape cod vibe but wish it was like all white or something? I feel like the stone with the white brick is fine but that style house would look better in 1 consistent color, I hope that makes sense lol
