Fraternity dues

How much are in house dues/out of house for new row fraternities. (SigEp,sigma chi,ATO)

Prob $4.5k a semester out of house and $12k a year in house.

normally it’s costs 3.5-4.2k to live out of house and it think it’s 2k extra to live in the house.

The big university new row houses are closer to 4.5k.

Those who think it’s not fair to ask about a $35,000+ commitment over four years are “have nots”.

Don’t care how deep Dads pockets are and that it may be easy for some to say yes, but if you think not knowing is good practice, you’re not likely to have it for long!

At worst, this is an odd place to ask.

Unfortunately, I also know that there are way too many kids doing this on loans and debt. They should ask not only “how much”, but also “does this make sense for me”.

if you plan on going out a lot and going on formal/dfs ... expect to add an extra 1k to 3k to around the 4k/5k of dues of living out of house. in house adds another 2k to the number too. and thats per semester lol
