There is a range but soon enough most houses will be new or remodeled. The range is about 3500 to 5000 per semester plus extras.

My sorority has a brand new house and I will pay about 6300-7000 this entire year. It depends on if you buy a lot of stuff with your letters or if your house is all inclusive. Some houses make you pay to go to swaps, which is insanely stupid.

That is pretty accurate, somewhere around 6-9 per year. That is NOT living in the house.
