thoughts on delta zeta
by: tutthe two girls i just talked to in dz were both really nice, pretty, and talkative, as well as the other pnm in the room. all ive read is that dz is bottom tier but the way they treated me and talked made them feel like a top tier to me, and the other pnm had an impressive resume, was pretty, and seemed to love it too? so im a little confused if they're really good at faking it or if this site is just bs...

DZ is traditionally middle to lower middle with a lot of fun, diverse and interesting members. They fell to lower lower because they were among the last to update their house. Now they are building back up and in the next year or two should be back to a strong level of respectability. This pledge class is important for them.

yea and now they have one if not the nicest house on the row. their kitchen makes mine look like a middle school lunch line.
