hi! in the past dz would've been considered bottom tier, but in the past month ive seen their instagram and pnm desirability increase dramatically. i think they are one of the few houses that has zoom really figured out, and thats helped a lot. go with your gut, this site is bs and all that matters is you like it. we all go to the university of alabama, where the bottom house would be top anywhere else, so don't worry about it too much, every house is great and has great girls. good luck!

This site is definitely bs for the most part. Go with the house that you feel most liked and wanted by. You’ll fit in and find good friends instead of always struggling to fit in or be someone you’re not. I’d say dz is mid/upper mid tier and definitely getting better each year

Comparison is the thief of joy. The only opinion that matters in this crazy recruitment game is YOURS. If you feel good about an organization, and how they make you feel, that's the best feeling ever. Don't let anyone make you think you are wrong just because they are drawn to other organizations for their own reasons. Good luck finding your perfect sisterhood!

im in a "top tier"house but my roommate is in dz. they get better every year and one of the most involved philanthropic wise. anyone who's not stuck in the past knows their upper mid tier

Hi! Remember that even though DZ might not be a top tier, their pc 19 was one for the books, and it is up there for one of the best pc's from bid day last year. What that means is that pc 19 is going to recruit very well, and bring in some of the best pnms for the 2020 rush. Don't get too hung up on it, go where you feel, and at the end of the day, who cares as long as youre happy and comfortable. Best of luck girl!

So I really like DZ too and most girls on my floor are saying the same thing. Does that mean we should let DZ know that we like them if we make it to the next round? I’ve heard you should let your fav houses know so they won’t assume you aren’t interested and cut you.

They made you feel welcomed and you were impressed....go with that. IGNORE THIS SITE. You have to spend 4 years with these girls and a lifetime in that sisterhood....go with how YOU FEEL.

aphi junior here... my best friend is in dz and honestly they thrived on pc18 which was an amazing pledge class and helped them recruit pc19 one of the best on the row. Sweet pretty girls that have been getting better each year for a while. go with what YOU like because it'll be YOUR house

They have the best colors of any sorority here, and their philanthropy is excellent. Probably the second best next to adpi, but DZ does more for theirs.
