Also before anyone asks why KD and Alpha Gam are so low Im from oos so ik kd will 100% drop me and I'm really not religious so I don't think id fit in alpha gam, but they're both great chapters. PiPhi and Kappa are my tops bc they both seem like chill and fun girls which I like, and both have philanthropies I like.

YALLL. THIS IS SO SAD! It’s sad that you’re ranking where you think will take you based on what you’ve read off of this forsaken site! You may be surprised during rush - please don’t let this house discourage you about what you’re going to get back (unless you have a 2.7 or below, then you need to listen to his site with caution). I know this is all in fun but it is sad that so many of y’all think you already know where you would or wouldn’t fit in based off where you’re from or your personality :(. Don’t let this site impact you please!

no I’ve based this off girls that I’ve talked too over social media. Obviously I’m not guaranteed a bid bc I talk to 5 girls in a house on a regular basis but I can really see myself being good friends with them. Also I based it off realistically my gpa, If I have recs, I want a house that has more out of state girls then southern girls, and I looked at their philanthropy and which ones I would like to be involved with more. So no we’ve done our research it’s not just what we have read off this site.

You might have, but others probably haven’t! I was referring to the posts of “well I’m OOS and low GPA so I think I’ll end up here”. While this might be true, it’s certainly not always the case

It depends on what you mean by “low”. I made a point about 2.7s or below. Most chapters simply require a 3.0 to pledge. Obviously it all depends on the PNM, but chapters take grade risks every year so I would say never say never.

I’m OOS with a 3.8 GPA. I love to go out A LOT but also like to focus on grades. I’ve talked to actives in certain houses and based on that my list would look like

Theta is a new house and has had a lot of trouble succeeding at Southern school but it’s really good up north and on the west coast, it just has a different vibe than most Bama houses here but still not bad!

it's mostly what you see of instagram and youtube if they have people who did rush vlogs or something, and also what you hear. I also judged them of how much they seemed to be interested in philanthropy (who raised the most money and what activities they do.) This mostly fun and games as no one is on campus yet so obviously not set in stone.
