I am in an OR house that has a reputation for having it’s bid list predetermined but I agree this list is stupid. We recruit based on the quality of the girl, not which high school she went to. Yes it helps to have friends from your HS already in the house, but this isn’t the 1980s and you don’t get cut because you aren’t from mountain brook. And just the fact that you graduated from a specific high school won’t help you If you wouldn’t otherwise fit in. Sorry to burst your bubble.
