Just wondering why you care so much? If you were that interested, mom, you would have gone through recruitment when you were in college. Or maybe you did and didn't get picked and that's why you care.....

White dresses or robes, ropes, ribbons, rooms draped in colored fabrics, candles, secret calls and knocks, rituals with water and rituals about symbols, palm leaves or flowers, songs, bible versus, pinning, some have mulitple degrees of initiation, circle song while holding hands at the end.
