Excuse me but, what is First Circle?

First Circle is Alpha Gam, Tri Delt, and KD -- they were the first sororities at Alabama to build houses when the university decided to create an official sorority row in the early 1930s. Sorority Circle is the name of the cul-de-sac where their houses were until Alpha Gam and Tri Delt moved. Many years ago, there was also a Second Circle, with ZTA, Chi O, and Phi Mu. (Phi Mu is the only sorority that still has its original house from the '30s, although not for long ...)
